The SayPhone 21 At-Home alarm unit offers true Telecare facilities by storing all alarm call and activity data in local memory. This data can be downloaded using its built-in high speed modem and analyzed remotely using Tynetec’s Altera Care software.

The SayPhone 21 also retains the alarm signaling capabilities of traditional dispersed alarm units to ensure compatibility with all Alarm Receiving Centre’s.
