Tynetec’s latest SayPhone, SayPhone 21 and Advent xt products have all been successfully tested for operation on the new BT21CN digital telephone network at BT’s test laboratory. Additional testing over the live Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), using BT’s 21CN remote access and test facility, has also confirmed successful operation with all major control equipment types.

The Tynetec SayPhone, SayPhone 21 and Advent xt products not only work with existing communication data protocols but have also been tested for operation using the newly released BS8521. The BS8521 protocol has been supported by PASA, BT & the TSA, through its Supply Sector Technical Committee.

EN300-220-2 v2.1.2 (2007)

The Tynetec SayPhone, SayPhone 21 and Advent xt System contain radio receivers operating on the 169 MHz Pan European Social Alarm frequency. The receivers comply fully with the Class 1 standard specified in EN 300-220-2 v2.1.2 (2007)
