Working with the Aid Call Southern Region Business Development Managers and reporting to the National Sales Manager, the key purpose of this role is to; maximise sales opportunities and drive maintenance revenue with existing customers and, in liaison with the southern regional sales team; increase the use of Aid Call systems within the Nurse Call channel.
Ensure that all technical calls are answered within a strict window. To maintain good relationships with current clients. To manage and complete onsite & offsite equipment training for all customer/client engineers.
Required to capture and appropriately allocate maintenance and service jobs to Field Service Engineers, record all maintenance and service data records and maintain maintenance and service equipment stocks. Required to schedule direct and partnering contractors labour for PM visits and reactive call outs, produce accurate, detailed KPI reports and manage “small works” quotations and orders.
