Flexibility and durability are key to the success of the Entel range of door entry systems.
Simple to install, with proven reliability, the modular design allows systems to be expanded in line with customers development programs and budget constraints.
Entel door entry systems have been installed in areas where vandalism is prevalent and attempted damage routine. The high quality door panel is constructed from hard wearing stainless steel and fitted to a fully galvanized backbox to ensure protection of the keyboard and electronics. Heavy duty stainless steel grilles protect the loudspeaker and microphone.
Security screw fixings are used to avoid malicious removal of door panels and the full perimeter flange around the backbox combined with a flexible rubber gasket creates an effective deterrent to liquid ingress.
Standard door panel features include high visibility yellow rings around the pushbuttons and a cut-out for an integral proximity token reader. Digital panels have a large 2 line x 16 character LCD display and standard telephone keypad button layout with access code and trade facility. All door panels have the option of voice reassurance messages to aid partially sighted users.
Telephone handsets are individually wired and independently switched to ensure privacy of speech. Damage to one handset does not impair the function of the overall system. Two telephones can be connected per dwelling and strobe lights are available for hard-of-hearing residents.
Video handsets can be used on the Entel 600 system to provide extra security for the residents. An image of the visitor is automatically displayed on the video monitor (monochrome or colour options) when the telephone is called.
Entel 300 Functional Systems are used on low rise installations with up to 20 dwellings and 1 or 2 entrance panels. A functional door panel can have up to 15 buttons, alternatively the digital door panel can be used with a functional controller.
Entel 400 Digital Systems are used on installations where all telephones can be individually wired back to one central location. Up to 48 telephones can be connected to an Entel 400 controller, expanders are available for larger schemes. Maximum system size; 255 dwellings and 8 entrance panels.
Entel 600 Digital Systems are used on high rise installations where it is easier to terminate telephones locally on each floor level rather than wiring every flat to one central location. A common bus cable connects landing decoder units on each floor. Maximum system size; 255 dwellings and 8 entrance panels.
