The SayPhone 21 incorporates the most significant advance in home alarm unit technology since the concept was first introduced over 25 years ago. Traditionally all home alarm unit activity had to be reported to an Alarm Receiving Centre where the call history was stored. This communication technology has changed little in those 25 years and is now too slow and inflexible for modern working practices.
The SayPhone 21 now incorporates a memory that stores all alarm, activity and system data for more than 12 months. The stored data can be accessed using a standard PC or Laptop from any remote location. Having this data available will prove to be an invaluable aid for all types of care agencies.
The SayPhone 21 uses the latest European Standard 169 MHz frequency for all radio devices. The 169 MHz frequency offers significant advantages over existing higher frequencies. A full range of Telecare sensors are available, see Altec Sensors.
