Tynetec’s Altera Care low cost PC software package is the industry’s first flexible communication tool to allow personnel from any Care agency to directly access Telecare data from Social Alarm systems.

The Altera Care software includes a data downloading facility with comprehensive filtering and graphical analysis tools to simplify the interpretation of data. The software allows graphs to be easily exported to standard word-processing documents.

The Altera Care software is compatible with Advent xt Grouped Systems and SayPhone 21 Dispersed Alarms.

Data is downloaded from the Advent xt using an ADSL broadband connection or from SayPhone 21’s using a high speed modem.
