Advent xt – grouped social alarm system providing an emergency call facility to the elderly or vulnerable in sheltered accommodation. Calls can be answered by an onsite scheme manager, a mobile manager or a Telecare Response Centre.
SayPhone 21 – an at-home social alarm offering an emergency call facility to the elderly or vulnerable in their own homes.
Calls can be received by a Telecare Response Centre, a relative or a Carer at the press of a button.
Altec Sensors – to be used with either at-home or grouped social alarms to alert Carers to incidences such as falls, inactivity, flood, smoke, gas, carbon monoxide, etc.
Telehealth Sensors – to be used with either at-home or grouped social alarms to record simple health measurements such as weight, blood pressure, pulse, etc.
Altera Care – software used to download and analyse Telecare data from at-home or grouped social alarms. This data can be used to identify changes in a persons life style or their state of health.
Altec Response – a portable alarm unit for the local care environment. Used with Altec sensors, a Carer can be alerted to a triggered Telecare sensor without the need for phone dialing or control centre intervention.
Entel 300/400/600 – a range of door entry systems available for the simplest of low rise housing developments through to the most complex multi-storey blocks.
Sentinel V5.0 – a networked concierge control system allowing the security of multiple blocks to be controlled from a central location. As well as controlling visitor access each block can have intruder and smoke alarm monitoring.
